I am trying to log in, but keep getting an error. What should I do?

If you see the message These credentials do not match our records during login, the issue may be that you are using the wrong login form.

CareJobber has separate login options for Job Seekers and Employers. If you try to log in through the Job Seeker form using an employer account, you will receive this error.

To fix this, click the “Login” button and make sure you select “Login as a Company.” Then enter your employer credentials again, and you should be able to access your dashboard successfully.
